| 摘 要： | 全面推进素质教育已把培养学生创新精神和实践动手能力作为重点。学生创新精神来自创新学习。学生创新学习是指学生在学习中不拘泥书本,不依常规,积极提出自己的新思想、新观点、新思路、新设计、新意图、新方法,敢标新立异,别出心裁。学生创新学习呼唤创新型教师。当前教师素质还适应不了学生创新学习的需要,因此必须实施提高教师素质策略,包括塑形策略,塑造教师自身形象;学习策略,更新教师智能结构;科研策略,改变教师工作方式;名师策略,树立教师成长的榜样。

| Abstract: | Carrying Forward quality education in an all round way has put emphasize on fostering student's spirits of blazing new trails and ability of practice. Student's spirits of blazing new trails comes from study of blazing new trails. Student's study of blazing new trails refers to that they don't rigidly adhere to their text book, and they don't depend on ordinary rules in their learning. It also refers to that they put forward actively their new ideas. New points of view, new ways of thinking,new designings, new intentions, new methods. |
