| Abstract: | The paper analyses the object,subject and social factors of the advancement of traditional libraries towards network ones.It also carefully sizes up the interrelationship among these factors and in the light of the relations between the coexistant libraries inside and outside the network, indicates the trend and destination of the transition and changee over form the former to the latter. 3 refs. |
