摘    要:在双语教学过程中,基础语言和目标语言的地位、适用课程范围及目标语言的适用时间等是由社会环境和教学目标决定的.社会环境包括经济、文化、人口、语言实际、教育水平、师资力量等,其中地区的语言关系状况是核心因素.不同的语言关系特征要求不同的双语教学模式与之相适应,按照语言关系确定教学模式和实施教学步骤,是双语教学模式多样性、现实性、可行性的集中体现.双语试验和异地教学是试图人为地改变语言关系的一种尝试,但必须注意由此产生的文化冲突,应该合理地引导文化融合.

Abstract:In bilingual teaching,the positions and range of application of basic language and target language,as well as the time of using the target language are decided by social environment and teaching objectives.Social environment includes economy,culture,population,language reality,educational level and teachers.Among them,regional language relation is the core element.Different bilingual teaching models should be adopted in accordance with features of different languages.Diversity,reality and feasibility of bilingual teaching model are reflected in adopting teaching models and carrying out teaching steps based on language relations.Bilingual experimentation and distance teaching are attempts to change language relations.But at the same time,attention should be paid to cultural conflict and efforts should be made to create rational cultural fusion.
