| 摘 要： | 本文从分析现行学制的弊端出发,探讨了我国中等职业教育实行弹性学习制度的必要性,分析弹性学习制度的基本特点,并提出实施弹性学习制度的基本对策,对于当前我国中等职业教育的改革有一定的借鉴作用。
