| 摘 要： | 作权法修正案具有在字用语方面更规范科学、体现出与世界知识产权保护的接轨与融合和对作权权利的保护更充分、更完善的特点，以适应我国加入WTO后对知识产权保护的要求，这可以从对原法进行字用语的修改的分析中体现出来。

| Abstract: | The amendment to copyright law features a more normal, scientific wording, a reconciliation with international intellectual property rights, and an enforced, improved protection of copyright rights, to meet the requirement of intellectual property protection after the entry of China into WTO, which is seen through an analysis of its phraseological alteration. |
