| 摘 要： | 硫酸氢钠能够代替硫酸作为酯化催化剂，在一水硫酸氢钠存在下，由正丁酸和异丁醇合成了丁酸异丁酯。当正丁酸、异丁醇和硫酸氢钠的物质的量比为4：3：0．07，回流分水60分钟，酯收率达99．3％，研究了催化剂的重复使用性能。

| Abstract: | sodium bisulfate can be used as catalyst for the esterification instead of sulphuric acid. Isobutyl I butyrate was synthesis from n-butyric acid and isobutyl alcohol in the presence of sodium bisulfate monohydrate. The yield of the ester could reach 99.3% under amount of substance ratio of n-butyric acid ,isobutyl alcohol and sodium bisulfate were 4:3:0.07, refluxed and water segregate for 60min. The reusability of the catalyst was studied. |
