混凝——微滤处理重金属废水的研究

摘    要:采用混凝——微滤组合工艺处理电镀含镍废水,考察了酸碱度、混凝剂用量、过滤速度、停留时间对去除效果的影响,确定较佳工艺条件.结果表明:在pH 9.5,较合适混凝剂投加量为800mg/L;较合适过流速度为90ml/min;较合适停留时间为10min,去除率达97%以上.在上述工艺条件下,实际工业废水的去除率为81.36%,说明本工艺对含镍废水处理具有一定指导意义.

Abstract:This study works over the coagulation -micro -filtration in treating wastewater containing nickel and researches into the effects of some important factors such as the pH, coagulant dosage, filtering rate, residence time on the removal efficiency. The result of the experiment shows that, when pH is 9.5, the better coagulant dosage is 800 mg / L, the better filtering rate is 90 ml / The removal rate can be over 97%. With the aforementioned min, and the better residence time is 10 min. technological process, the actual industrial wastewater removal efficiency is 81.36%. The result illustrates that this technique is instrumental in disposing wastewater containing nickel.
