| 摘 要： | 我国的职业体育制度正处在不断变动和调整的过程中，从动态的角度看，职业体育的制度变迁将以渐进式方式展开。制度创新的路径有三个阶段组成，即初始阶段的职业体育制度调整必将选择政府主导型的形式展开；当创新主体的利益和权利格局发生调整后，制度变迁会过渡为混合型的形式；当职业体育俱乐部认同市场机制成为资源配置主要动能所能带来预期增量收益时，需求诱致型形式将会主导我国职业体育的制度变迁。在整个职业体育制度变迁的过程中，制度创新的目标模式和职业体育俱乐部内部制度的调适将成为重要内容。

| Abstract: | From the point of view of development,Institutional change of professional sports in China will be launched in progressive way.There is three stages to form in the path of institutional innovation: Government dominated mode would be a main mode at the beginning of institutional adjustment of professional sports;After interests of the innovative main body and right pattern are adjusted,institutional changes will carry out the transition for the form of the mixing type;When the professional sports club admits that becomes the main kinetic energy of resource distribution and can bring the anticipated increment income in market mechanism,demand-leaded mode will be a main mode of the institutional changes of leading professional sports. In the course of the institutional changes of professional sports,goal pattern of institutional innovation and interior system adjustment of professional sports clubs will become important content. |
