| 摘 要： | 国际经贸与科技合作是经济全球化的重要标志。江泽民同志对这一问题有着深刻的认识。他从参与国际分工体系、融入国际经济大循环的战略角度论述了中国参与国际经贸与科技合作的必要性。并且 ,他还分析了实施这一战略的具体措施 :以企业为主体、政府为辅助 ,以农业、高新技术产业、基础产业为主要领域 ,同所有国家展开多种形式的合作。

| Abstract: | International poeration among economy, trade, science and technology is a major symbol of globalization of economy. Jiang Zemin has a profound understanding of this point. From the strategic standpoint, he analyzes the necessity of this cooperation to participate the system of international division and to merge in the circulation of international economy. Moreover, Jiang Zemin analyzes the concrete operation of enforcing the strategy; that is :depending on the firms with the help ofo government's assistance, mainly in the fields of agriculture and industry of high and new technology and infrastructure, China should co-operate with all the countries in various forms. |
