| Abstract: | The management system of civilian run higher education refers to the whole set of management regulations of civilian run higher educaton, including the structure construction and the management authority partition construction, the centre of which is quickening the construction of the laws and regulations for it. Nowadays, the laws and regulations of civilian run higher education are not yet complete enough. It is necessary by aiming at the existing conspicious questions to enhance and well set the leadership and the laws and regulations, as well as the internal management system of civilian run higher education, so as to increase and strengthen its developing vitality. |
