| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's talented thought is one of the important parts of his theory. Its core is that we should respect knowledge and talent, that we must create favourable surroundings for the men of great talents and that education is the foundations of fostering talented persons. The thoughts provide direct theoretical basis for “Science and Education of strategy Vitalizing Our Country”formulated by the third generation leading collective led by Jiang Zemin. They have important practical and profound historical significance. |
