| 摘 要： | 制约大学生综合素质教育的因素很多，概括起来有两种：一种是外部因素，一种是内部因素，外部因素主要指宏观社会教育的各方面，内部因素主要指学校教育的诸环节，只有内部因素与外部因素相互协调、相互渗透和补充，才能培养出既有健全人格，高尚情操，又有专业功底，能够创新的一代新人。

| Abstract: | The factors that restrict the college students' quality education are many. Generally, there are two kinds:One is external factor, the other is internal factor. The external one mainly refers to various respects of the macroscopic social education, while the internal factor mainly refers to the various links of school education. Only the two coordinate, infiltrate and completement each other, can be cultivated a generation of new people that have sound character, noble sentiment and professional ability, as well as can make innovations. |
