| 摘 要： | 随着我国会计准则与国际会计准则的趋同,财经制度不断完善,加之社会环境、军事环境日新月异,军队财务工作对财务人员的素质要求也越来越高,如何使财务人员适应财务工作需求,已成为目前亟待解决的问题。在分析提高军队财务人员素质对完成财务工作的意义的基础上,提出了提高财务人员素质的具体建议,使财务人员更好地服务于军队财务工作。
