| Abstract: | An overall investigation and study of the status quo of water resources,water environment,exploitation,development and so on is carried out.Countermeasures,suggestions and specific measures are put forward concerning how to implement effective management and protection,meet the needs of the uninterrupted growth of industrial ,agricultural and pastoral production in this region and fulfil the requirements of sustainable utilization of water resources for the social and economic development of the whole valley. |
