摘    要:我国学校现行课程学习终结性评价的做法是以达到"60"分为分数及格界线.在比较古今中外学校课程终结性评价的不同做法的基础上,本文提出以"60"分为分数及格线的学业评价体系必须改革--应从现行的"60"分上调到"70"分.本文认为上调分数及格线有利于推进素质教育,有利于提升学校毕业生素质,也有利于提高接受职业训练与考核的人员的专业素质,也有利于提高接受职业教练的考核的人员的专业素质.

Abstract:Sixty points is currently taken by schools in China as the demarcation line to decide whether a student succeeds in his scholarly attainments. This article investigates different evaluation systems adopted by foreign or domestic ancient or modern schools, and holds that present evaluation system should be reformed, that is to say, the demarcation line should be upgraded to seventy points. The writer believes that the upgrading will prompt quality -oriented education and improve graduates professional competence as well.
