| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生就业是全社会的一项系统工程．大学生就业的形式也呈现多样化，但毕业生选择创业作为就业的形式却不多。这主要与大学生在校时创业的意识、技能、条件有关。本文以广东海洋大学为例，对在校学生的创业、就业意识进行调查，了解目前大学生在就业创业中的基本认识和存在的问题并进行分析，为学校人才培养提供依据．为有意创业的学生提供相关的知识和技能服务．为毕业后创业创造条件．

| Abstract: | The employment of college graduates is a systematical project for the whole society, and the employment situations is proved various,by contrast,college students＇ choices for their own enterprises is not such various,mainly because of college students＇ carveout ideas,skills and conditions and their learning at school. Taking Guangdong Ocean University for an example, this paper investigates into college students＇ carveout and employment eoneepts,so as to get a knowledge of their basic knowledge and problems existing.After the analysis of the survey, the paper proposes some basis for the talent cultivation of schools and relevant knowledge and skills for students who want to start their own enterorises. |
