| 摘 要： | 纵观高职院校师资队伍现状,与高职院校所追求的"双师型"师资队伍建设目标相比还有较大的差距。要从根本上解决师资队伍建设的瓶颈问题,尚需在机制体制上创新。既使要解决目前高职院校师资队伍存在的突出问题,也必须建立完善系统化的师资培育机制,有效培育符合高职教育发展要求的师资队伍,只有这样才能使高职院校师资队伍得以可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Looking over the state of faculty in high vocational colleges, we find that there exists a wide gap between the reality and the desired target of cultivating teachers with two combined functions they seek. To solve this bottleneck problem completely, it is necessary to innovate in the mecha- nism and establish the perfect systematic faculty cultivating mechanism targeting tough problems in order to cultivate the teachers who can meet the standards that high education requires for the sustainable development. |
