| 摘 要： | 在中国所处安全环境的复杂性、敏感性和不确定性不断增加的背景下，中央高层密集下达备战指令，军队密集进行实战化演习演练。面对新形势，高校有必要从国家战略全局高度出发，加强高校国防教育，原因在于：一方面当前高校国防教育在组织、内容、方式方法和对象方面存在不少问题；另一方面由于高校国防教育在培养、提供高素质新型军事人才方面具有的优势，决定了其又是实现“强军梦”历史使命的要求所在。

| Abstract: | Under the background of the complicated security situation, Chinese leaders gave orders of prepara tions for war, and the armies carried out intensive military exercises. Facing the new situation, universities and colleges should strengthen their national defense education for the following reasons： on the one hand, there exist many problems in current national defense education in the aspects of organization, contents, methods and objects; on the other hand, due to their advantages of training new military personnel with high quality, universities and colleges have their historical mission of making the army stronger. |
