摘    要:在市场经济条件下,如何提高企业人力资源管理水平,在民航这类有着一定历史特殊性的国有企业是一个严峻的考验。文章针对目前民航企业中人力资源管理现状,对其中的问题进行分析,并从管理理念、绩效考评、激励机制等方面阐述提高民航企业人力资源管理科学化的对策,为增强民航企业的总体实力提供一些借鉴。

Abstract:Under the conditions of market economy, how to improve the level of the management of human resources in enterprises, is a tough test for the civil aviation enterprises which have a certain historical partic ularity in state--owned enterprises. In view of the current situation, the paper analyzes its problems and ex pounds the measures to improve the management of human resources in civil aviation enterprises from management concepts, performance evaluation and incentive mechanism, in order to provide some reference for enhancing the overall strength of civil aviation enterprises.
