| 摘 要： | 在泛北部湾区域经济合作的推动下，广西旅游业得到了快速发展。旅游业的快速发展离不开高素质的旅游管理人才，应对市场对人才的需求，培养出应用型、技能型、创新型人才，师资队伍的建设是关键。因此，文章基于泛北部湾区域经济视野，分析旅游管理专业应用型人才培养师资队伍建设现状，探寻其存在的主要问题与不足，并有针对性地提出师资队伍建设的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Thanks to the impetus of Pan-Beibu Gulf regional economic cooperation,Guang Xi＇s tourism indus try is continually improved. The rapid development of the tourism industry would not have been possible without high-quality tourism management talents. The construction of the teaching staff plays a key role in cultivating applied, skilled and innovative talents to adapt to tourism market demands. Based on the view of regional economy of Pan-Beibu Gulf, this paper analyzes actualities and problems of the construction, then puts forward the corresDondin measures. |
