万华公司人力资源发展战略研究

摘    要:近年来,我国的中小民营企业获得蓬勃发展,对国民经济的发展起到良好的补充作用,与此强烈的时代要求形成鲜明对比的是中小民营企业人力资源管理却不尽如人意。人力资源管理就是将人力资源视为公司的核心竞争资源,并在战略层面对这种资源实施有效的开发与管理,使之成为增强创新能力和赢得竞争优势的根本力量。研究公司人力资源管理战略,对于增强公司竞争优势,提升品牌形象,构建和谐人力资源能取到有利的保障作用。

Abstract:In recent years, small and medium -sized private enterprises in China have flourished, which plays a complementary role in the development of national economy. To be contrast, the management of human resources in small and medium -sized private enterprises has been undesirable. Strategic management of human resources means converting human resources into the fundamental force in enhancing the company's innovative ability and gai- ning competitive advantage by regarding human resources as the core competitive resource of the company and im- plementing effective exploration and management on human resources in a strategic level. The study on human re- sources management strategies is of help in enhancing company's competitive advantage, refining brand image and constructing harmonious management of human resources.
