| 摘 要： | 元明之际,凤阳府政区的演变大致经历了濠州、濠州府、临淮府、中立府到凤阳府的这样一个过程,其幅员也从吴元年(1367年)的2州4县增长到洪武七年(1374年)的12州24县,此时的凤阳府的辖区几乎涵盖当今整个皖北地区。究其原因,无非是政治、军事、经济和自然因素四个方面,其中政治和军事因素又占据着主要地位。

| Abstract: | At the turn of of Yuan and Ming Dynasty, Fengyang＇s administrative regime had transferred from Ha- ozhou, Haozhou office, Linhuai office, Zhongli office, to Fengyang office. At the same time, its jurisdictions had increased from two states and four counties in the first year of Wu of the Yuan Dynasty to twelve states and twenty - four counties in the seventh year of Hongwu of the Ming Dynasty, whose size almost takes up the whole part of to- days northern Anhui province. The paper proposes that the causes for this expansion are in four aspects： politics, military, economy and natural resources, among which causes in politics and military play a dominant part. |
