| 摘 要： | 建设终身教育体系和学习型城市已成为一股国际化潮流。世界各国从20世纪70年代起纷纷把建立终身教育体系作为教育改革的方向,并通过立法等手段为终身教育的实施提供制度保障,社会化的教育制度和终身教育体系成为现代教育体系的主流。经过20多年的改革开放,深圳在社会经济发展取得举世瞩目的成就的同时,教育也获得了跨越式的发展,终身教育、终身学习的理念已深入人心,完善现代国民教育体系,建设学习型城市,构建终身教育体系,已成为深圳教育改革与发展的重要取向。本文在调查研究的基础上,对深圳终身教育取得的成就和存在的问题进行了分析,并就如何构建深圳终身教育体系提出了一些对策建议。

| Abstract: | Building a lifelong education system and a learning society has become an international trend after lifelong education is widely accepted as objectives of education reform, which is guaranteed by legislation in the world since 1970s. The idea of lifelong education and learning is deeply rooted in Shenzhen, which witnessed rapid development not only in the field of economic growth but also in education, which is directed at improving the education system, building up a learning-inclined city, and establishing lifelong education system. The paper examines the growth and problems in the process of building lifelong education system in Shenzhen, and offers some proposals on it. |
