| 摘 要： | 现代教育技术的不断发展，使教育面临前所未有的挑战，同时，也给教育提供了千载难逢的发展机遇。文章从教育技术的定义入手，简要论述如何运用现代教育技术，发展素质教育，培养适应21世纪需要的新型人才。
