摘    要:本文对参加教师资格培训的教师进行了调研,认为教师教育,应通过“专业支持”来推动和促进教师的专业成长。教师“专业化”不仅是一种职业资格认定,更是一个动态发展的过程,教师个体成长充满了浓厚的个性色彩;教师“专业化”不仅是一种职业任职条件,更是一个观念更新和终身学习的过程,“主体性参与”是教师专业成长的原动力;教师“专业化”不仅是一种职业要求,更是教师生存的一种生活状态,强烈的人文关怀是保障教师专业发展的基本生态条件。

Abstract:Based on the research into the teachers taking part in the training for the teacher qualifications, teacher professional development should be promoted by specialized support through teacher education. Teacher professionalization is not only a kind of identification of professional qualifications, it's even a course of dynamic development, and the individual development of teachers is characteristic of personality. Teacher professionalization conditioned by professional appointment is a process of lifetime-study and conception renewal subjectivity participation is the motivation of profession development. Teacher professionalization is not simply the requirement of profession, it is a life state of their existence, and humanistic concerns are the guarantee of their basic eco conditions of the Development.
