| 摘 要： | 高等教育在管理中普遍存在一些问题,很多高校纷纷被起诉。而这些问题的症结之处在于对“人”的管理问题,要规范高等教育的管理,管理好高素质、高含知识量的人,必须坚持“以人为本”,从“权力管理的时代”走向“人本”管理的时代。
