摘    要:该文从中小学教师教育技术能力培训的实际过程出发,在分析形成性评价概念和学习过程分析的基础上,详细分析了混合式培训模式下学习活动的分类,以及学习活动的观测指标,并描述了基于网络的形成性评价中的关键技术,为形成性评价过程中资料数据的收集、分析、反馈提供了理论和技术基础,真正把形成性评价融于具体的教学活动过程之中,以此来推动中小学教师教育技术能力培训的有效开展。

Abstract:Based on the practical process of the abilities of educational technology training for K-12 teachers, in accordance with the analysis of formative evaluation and process of the learning, the paper analyzes the classifications of the learning activities under the blending training environment, constructs the indices for observing the learning activities, and describes the key technology in the web-based formative evaluation. It provides the theory and technology for collecting, explaining the data for the formative evaluation, integrates the formative evaluation into the process of the learning activities, and finally helps to improve the training of educational technology.
