| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和录像资料分析法,对长拳第二套国际竞赛套路各类动作及动作组合进行统计,从单式难度、组合难度、成段难度3个方面分析了套路的难度价值。结果发现, 长拳第二套国际竞赛套路动作的变化多样,有一定的难度;同时,随着竞技武术的发展应适当增加难度组合和组合动作的难度。

| Abstract: | By the methods of documentation and video analysis, the paper analyzes the difficulty value of changquan routine 2 in respects of the difficulties of single movement, combined movements and segmental movements. The result shows the movements of routine 2 are diversified and difficult. With the development of wushu, the difficulty should be upgraded to a higher level. |
