| 摘 要： | 农村权力结构意指村庄各主要权力主体之间模式化的互动关系。分析我国农村权力结构应从正式权力主体内部、正式权力与非正式权力主体之间两个层面展开。目前，我国正处于“二元”权力结构制度化试错和多元权力结构形成的交叉时期，权力结构的制度层面出现了严重断裂。为此，必须推广“两票制”与“二选联动机制”等制度创新以调整村“两委”关系；建立正式权力与非正式权力的制度化“治理”机制，广泛吸纳非正式权力主体参与，共同管理村级公共事务。惟此，农村权力主体间才能和谐相处，才能在同一场域中实现共生。

| Abstract: | Rural power structure refers to the interactive relation among all the major powers of the village. The analysis of rural power structure in China should be conducted at two levels： from the internal formal power itself, and between the formal and informal powers. China at present is in the intersection of the trial period of the institutionalization of binary power structure and the formation of multiple power structures, which brings about the serious institutional breakup of the power structure. Therefore, it is a must to extend the ＂double voting system＂ and ＂two election linkage mechanism＂ to adjust the relation between the village committee and the party branch, and establish institutionalized power governance as the mechanism to attract broad participation in the management of the village public affairs, for only by so doing will the rural powers be able to cooperate and coexist harmoniously in a common domain. |
