| 摘 要： | 追踪我国优秀羽毛球女子单打运动员在新赛制下的表现,研究了新赛制所带来的变革。研究表明：新赛制使女子单打比赛时间延长、心理压力加大、强手优势弱化、对技术战术及体能要求更高。应该改变训练指导思想、加大年轻队员的梯队建设、选材和技术风格多样化、科学训练减少伤病、提高单兵作战能力等。

| Abstract: | The article studies the changes the new rules have brought about through tracing the performance of the first class badminton women single players. It comes to the conclusion that the new rules extend the time of match;increase mentality pressure;weaken the advantages of good players;and require better skills, tactics and physical strength than before. It puts forward the corresponding countermeasures accordingly：changing the training directive thoughts, enhancing the building of young athlete＇s team, diversifying the athlete＇s selection and skill styles, decreasing injuries scientifically and improving personal performance abilities. Finally this article also provides our badminton women single players with valuable reference for training and competition under the new game rules. |
