摘    要:教师体罚学生事件多次见诸报端,受到社会大众的广泛关注。关于体罚现象的教育理论研究严重缺位,以及由此导致的教师教育和制度建设的滞后乃是体罚现象屡禁不止的深层原因。要想彻底禁止体罚,必须在重视理论研究的上,加强教师教育和制度建设。.

Abstract:Incidents of physical punishment of students by teachers are often reported in newspapers and cause wide concern to people. The lack of educational theory of corporal punishment and the resulting detention of education to teachers along with the construction of regulations are the deeper reasons why the corporal punishment cannot be stopped despite repeated prohibitions to forbid corporal punishment completely. We must lay emphasis on theoretical research, as well as strengthen the education to the teachers and the construction of regulations.
