| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪，我国基础教育将全面推行素质教育，高师作为基础音乐教育师资的培训基地，应适应基础教育向素质教育转换的这一发展趋势。从观念和意识的角度增强学生的实践能力，引导建立具有开放性、民族性的知识结构。帮助他们掌握知识背后的学科思想和方法，以增强学生对地方、学校、乃至新的《音乐课程标准》的适应性。

| Abstract: | As our society entered the 21st century, quality-oriented education has been carried out all over the country. As a base of teacher training for basic music education, the teachers in the normal university should follow the developing tendency of the quality-oriented education. They should help their students establish an open knowledge system with local characteristics and develop practical abilities, so that the students can easily adapt themselves to the local economic and social development. |
