| 摘 要： | 随着税费改革的进一步深化和农业税的逐步取消,一些深层次的问题在农村基层凸现出来,亟待采取相应的配套措施加以解决。笔者结合在湖北省英山县的调研实际,探讨了农业税取消后农村存在的问题和原因,并提出了一些对策建议。

| Abstract: | At present,the reform of rural taxes is being deepen and the rural tax is being canceled gradually.With these reforms,some further proplems are turning up in our country.We have to take some measures to solve these proplems.By doing research in Yingshan in this summer holiday,the author find the proplems of rural taxes reform and propose some methods and measures to solve them. |
