| 摘 要： | 1930年5月，右江苏维埃政府先后制订并颁布《土地法暂行条例》和《共耕条例》。这两部土地法令体现了农民群众的意愿，满足了农民群众获取土地的要求，代表了农民群众的利益，依法保障了农民群众的土地使用权，为右江革命根据地开展土地革命、解决土地问题提供了法律依据和准则。这两部土地法令的制定，是民主革命时期共产党领导的民主革命政权运用法律手段解决土地问题的一次成功尝试。

| Abstract: | In May,1930,the Soviet government of Youjiang made and issued the Provisional Regulations of law of Land and the Regulation on Collective Farming.The two decrees reflect peasants'will and interests,met their demands for land,guaranteed their right of use and provided law basis and guiding principles for Youjiang rev- olution base areas to carry out the land revolution and to solve those problems of land.The establishment of the two decrees is a successful attempt for the democratic revolutionary government under the leadership of CPC to solve those problems of earth-land by means of law during democratic revolutionary period. |
