| 摘 要： | 当下高校在实施“卓越法律人才教育培养计划”中对培养目标和培养模式缺乏统一认识。为了更好地实施该计划，高校需要厘清通识教育、专业教育和职业教育三者关系，界定明确清晰的培养目标；有效部署教学内容，规范与优化卓越法律人才的培养模式。

| Abstract: | There is a major problem in the implementation of the “Training program of brilliant legal talents”, which is the lack of unified understanding of the training objectives and the training mode. In order to better implement that training program, we must clarify the relationship between general education ,professional education and the vocational education and define clear training objectives. In addition, we should deploy and arrange effectively the teaching course and content and optimize the training mode. |
