| 摘 要： | 通过对桂林市各区县发展的情况进行判断,认识了临桂在桂林所处的相对发展水平,并采用偏离-份额分析法,对比分析了1999-2007年桂林市区与临桂的产业与三次产业明细结构优劣、各产业增长态势。根据新时期桂林新老城区功能转移的战略要求,有针对性地提出了临桂三次产业科学合理发展的策略。

| Abstract: | With the implementation of strategy of "protecting Lijiang River,developing Lingui and re-building a new Guilin",Lingui County is facing a rare historical opportunity for development,but it is still facing serious challenges.However,the industrial structure and leading industry of Lingui County must be adjusted,in order to adapt to the current situation and promote its economic development.Firstly,the paper analyzes the economic situation of all counties and knows Lingui where the relative level of development in Guilin.Secondly,the paper further makes a research on superiority and inferiority in industrial structure and growth situations of three industries from 1997 to 2007 year in Guilin City and Lingui County by using Shift-Share-Method.Finally,put forward some scientific and reasonable strategies about three industries of Lingui according to the project of functional transfer in new and old urban areas of Guilin City in the new time. |
