| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查,分析苏北地区部分中学学校管理者对校园体育文化建设的认知、态度及管理措施情况。结果显示:1)大部分的学校领导认为校园体育文化对学校教育具有积极作用的,只是迫于升学压力,暂时不得已将其置于次要位置;2)学校管理者、体育教师和学生组内,认为有必要进行校园体育文化建设的分别达到了89.4%、96.9%和87%,必要性认知度趋同4)学校年体育经费平均到每个学生人头很少,学校对体育工作的投入不足。

| Abstract: | Using literature,questionnaires method,the author does a research on the cognition,attitude and their management behavior on the middle school campus sports culture north of the Jiangsu province,and finds out that there are something wrong with this problem,and the author analyzes the problem happened in cognition,attitude and management fields of management of middle school. |
