| 摘 要： | 在经济学说史上 ,经济学家对人口与经济之间关系的认识各不相同 ,究其原因 ,可以发现 ,由于所处的历史时期和国家不同 ,不同的经济学家面临着不同的社会经济条件 ,人口对经济的作用也呈现出不同的特征 ,同时 ,经济学家不同的价值观也是一个重要的参考因素。对于处在不同发展阶段的国家而言 ,比较这些理论 ,博采众家之长 ,选择适合本国国情的人口经济政策 ,将有利于社会经济发展目标的快速实现 ,并能避免由于短视造成的不利影响

| Abstract: | In the history of economy theory, economists had different understanding of the relationship between population and economy. The reason lies in the facts that the economists lived in different historical periods and different countries, different economists faced different economic conditions and the role of population to economy took on different features. Meanwhile, the difference in economists' values is also an important factor for reference. To the countries in different stages of development, comparing the theories,learning widely from others' strong points and choosing the right policy of population economy will be beneficial to the realization of the development goal of social economy and can help to avoid the unfavourable influences caused by short sight. |
