| 摘 要： | 在应对全球金融危机过程中,关键是要积极探索发展的路径,实现科学发展。针对南宁城市经济发展的实际,从发挥南北钦防城市内聚功能、积极融入南北钦防都市圈经济、扎实开展项目建设工作等三个方面探讨了如何实现南宁城市科学发展,以此深化对城市科学发展问题的认识。

| Abstract: | In allusion to the urban actual economic development of Nanning,the article takes up discussions on the ways of implementing the scientific development in Nanning so as to deepen the understanding of urban scientific development on the basis of bringing Nanning-Beihai-Qinzhou-Fangcheng urban cohesion into full play,actively integrating into Nanning-Beihai-Qinzhou-Fangcheng urban economic circle,and solidly taking on construction work and son on. |
