| 摘 要： | 第一次世界大战期间,欧洲运往中国的水泥供给线中断,而国内对水泥的需求却与日俱增,这给国内水泥业资本的整合提供了良好契机。一方面,老的企业(如启新公司)进行内部改造,采取粗放式的经营理念,更多地占有市场;另一方面,新的水泥公司则纷纷建立,参与利润分成。在这一资本整合时期,业内的竞争与联合相互交织,为了各自的利益,相互结盟形成新的利益团体,不惜降价销售,以削弱对方;面对日本水泥的倾销,他们又相互联合,采取相应的反倾销措施。这个时期资本动态的整合过程,从一个侧面反映出民族资本主义的发展轨迹。

| Abstract: | During the First World War,the supply of cement from Europe to China was stopped.But the demand of cement in China was ever increasing which brought about a golden opportunity for the cement industry to reorganinze themselves.On one hand,the existing enterprises tried to have internal renovation.On the other hand, some new enterprises emerged in order to get some profit.During such a period of reorganizing,the competing and cooperating among different enterprises figured a general picture of the track of development of China's national capitalism. |
