| Abstract: | The realization of massive cultivation of high-skilled talents in vocational colleges depends on the formation of cultivation mode.This paper is designed to divide the elements that constitute the mode of developing high-skilled talents into three levels.The target system of the first level is the core element and driving force in the whole mode; the content system of the second level has the receptive function and the guarantee system of the third level plays the (?)nction of service and guarantee. |
