| 摘 要： | 目的:把对大学生体质健康有着重要影响的心理和适应能力方面的内容纳入大学生体质健康测试项目中,为大学生体质健康测试提供理论依据。方法:采用专家调查法、访谈法、数理统计法和秩和比综合评价法。结果:确定了大学生体质健康测试项目为身体形态、生理机能、身体素质和运动能力、心理因素及适应能力五大方面,并确立它们的权重关系:身体形态占18%、生理机能占32%、身体素质和运动能力占34%、心理因素占8%及适应能力占8%。

| Abstract: | Object:Contents on psychology and adaptability which have the important influence to the university students'physique health were brought into test project,in order to provide the theory basis for the university students'physique health test.Methods:Expert investigation,interview,the mathematical statistic and RSR.Results:This study determined the body shape,the physiological function,the physical quality and the movement ability,the psychological factor and the adaptability as the university students'physique health test project,and established their approximate weight relations:the body shape accounts for 18%,the physiological function accounts for 32%,the physical quality and the movement ability accounts for 34%,the psychological factor accounts for 8% and the adaptive ability accounts for 8%. |
