| 摘 要： | 在英语中存在大量的比喻性词语。根据比喻的本体、喻体和比喻词在构词过程中的隐现变化，英语比喻性词语可分为完整型、残缺型和单一型三类。了解英语比喻性词语的结构特点，并进而探讨其汉译方法，有助于掌握这类词语的修辞特色和内在涵义。

| Abstract: | English figurative words and expressions fall into three categories according to the structure. They are the complete type, the incomplete type and the mono-type. Based on an analysis of the formation and features of the figurative words and expressions, we explore the approaches to translating them into Chinese, which contributes to a better understanding of their connotations and rhetorical features. |
