| 摘 要： | 从语用学角度分析，以个体话语权作为契入点是探讨教师现状与发展所面临问题的言语源头与时代特征。在与社会文化发展具有“共时性”特征的现代性语境下，通过剖析教师个体话语权的实然状态及意蕴重组，以期对教师专业研究的转型和发展提供某些启迪，维护教育话语空间领域中教师自身话语的“我性”主体意识，彰显教师应有的专业地位和作用。
