| 摘 要： | 学界就草原生态的不同理解形成“恢复论”和“重建论”两种主张。现实的情形是，学界研究了自然环境演化、历史文化变迁和各类制度安排等对草原生态的影响，取得重大进展;但不可否认的是，学界存在着草原生态恢复与重建等相关概念混乱，有效途径模糊，中介环节不明晰等问题，尤其是具有可操作性的设计蓝图和实施方案为数甚少。由此该项课题亟待加大研究力度和规范强度。若从生态哲学维度审视，对草原生态应从其自然演化状况和历史变迁格局将生态恢复与重建在实践中给予双重具体观照达到现实有效统一，才能超越传统研究的简单僵化的历史时弊，从而为草原可持续发展提供高水平的实践理念设计。

| Abstract: | Based on the different understandings about grassland ecology,the academic world holds two theories: one is the theory of restoration,and the othe rthe theory of reconstruction.The actual situation is that the academic field studies the evolution of natural environment,the change of history and culture and the effect of various institutional arrangements on grassland ecology,and thus has made great progress.However,it is not deniable that there is confusion about the concept of grassland restoration and reconstruction and other related concepts;vagueness of effective means;and unclarity of intermediate links,especially the lack of operational blueprints and plans.As a consequence,the study requires promoting and regularizing the study.Viewed from the eco-philosophical vision,it is necessary to pay attention to both ecological restoration and reconstruction in practice so as to achieve effective and actual untiy between the two from the viewpoint of natural evolution and historical changes.In this way,it is possicle to surpass the simple and rigid disadvantages of traditional study so as to provide advanced theories in practice for the sustainable development of grassland. |
