| 摘 要： | 在中国漫长的封建社会中，以儒家思想为尊，因此，古代公文通过直接或间接引用儒家经典，作为指导思想、出发点或证明具体观点的论据。这不仅使公文思想深邃、富有内在张力，也使儒家政治伦理和实践理性得到传扬。作为临民治事工具的古代公文与作为儒家思想具体表现形式的儒家经典相结合，成为“治统”与“道统”有机结合、互相补益的最佳诠释。

| Abstract: | Confucianism was respected in the long history of Chinese feudalist society,as a result,ancient government documents always directly or indirectly refer Confucian classics as guiding ideas,starting points or grounds of arguments.This kind of referring not only let the documents have profound thought and internal tension,but also spread the Confucian political ethics and practical reasoning.As a tool of ruling and administration,the government documents combined with Confucian classics which represent the Confucian thought.This gives the best explanation of the organic combination and complementation between the "political tradition" and the "philosophic tradition" in ancient China. |
