| 摘 要： | 增强实效性是高校青年教师思想政治教育的出发点和落脚点。增强实效性，应明确重要性，把青年教师思想政治教育作为高校思想政治教育的一个重点；应提高针对性，突出政治方向、职业理想、奉献精神和艰苦奋斗教育；应发挥主动性，健全管理体制，改进方式方法，拓展激励机制。

| Abstract: | To strengthen an actual effect is the starting point and goal of political and ideological education for young teachers of instiutions of higher education. To strengthen the actual effect, we should attach importance to the ideological and political education, regarding it as a key aspect of college ideological and political education. We should clarify the aim of political and ideological education for college young teachers, highlighting the aspects of political orientation, career objective, spirit of devotion and arduous struggle, and should give scope to our initiative, perfect management system, improve ways and manners and expand promotion system. |
