| Abstract: | An analysis of the status quo of demographic dividend utilization in Yunnan has been made from the ten-year＇ s changes of unemployment rate, employment structure and labor productivity. The demographic dividend utilization of Yunnan is discovered to gradually improve, but there are more problems in its use and its redemption is insufficient. |
