| 摘 要： | 行政规范性文件是设定有普遍性行为规则的一种规范体式的文件.将行政规范性文件纳入行政诉讼受理范围,其必要性在于社会生活实践发展和实现行政诉讼立法目的的需要;其可行性在于确立行政诉讼中的行政规范性文件受理审查制度的条件已经成熟.

| Abstract: | Normal admisistrative documents are a kind of documents which have some general behaviour regulations. To bring normal administrative documents into administrative lawsuits' is necessary because of thd need of the development of social life and of the aim of the legislation of administrative lawsuits. To do so is feasible because conditions are ripe to accept and investigate normal administrative documents in administrative lawsuits. |
