| 摘 要： | 社会经济的快速发展加快了现代生活的前进步伐,促进了人们的生活水平的不断提升,在享受到物质生活的富足的同时,现代人更加重视自身精神生活质量的有效提升和健康生活层次的构筑.作为一种既能够促进人们身体健康,又能使得人们的身心获得愉悦的运动,现代健美操逐渐成为人们争相关注的体育锻炼方式,同时现代健美操所包含的美学因素也逐渐成为人们,尤其是学者们热衷探究的话题和焦点.本文即在简单论述健美操对于人们的重要作用和影响的基础上从塑造形体之美、动作之美、服饰之美、音乐之美、健康之美和心灵之美等六个方面分析研究了现代健美操所包含的美学因素,以充分认识现代健美操这种现代运动形式的重大魅力.

| Abstract: | The rapid development of social economy accelerates the pace of modern life,promotes the rising of people＇s living standard. while enjoying the rich material life,the modern people pay more attention to promoting the quality of their own spiritual life and constructing their healthy life. As a kind of movement,promoting people healthy and enjoying their physical and psychological pleasure,modern calisthenics gradually become the main way for people physical exercise. At the same time,the aesthetic factors of modern calisthenics gradually become the hot issue for people,especially the scholars,reseurchers. Based on discussing the effect and influence of calisthenics,this paper studies the aesthetic factors of modern calisthenics from six aspects,including the beauty of physical,action,clothing,music,health and soul,to fully understand the importance of modern calisthenics. |
